What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive beginning at 5:30 PM to enjoy pre-ceremony music and settle in before the ceremony begins at 6:00 PM. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will follow immediately after.

Where will the wedding take place?

Our wedding will take place at The Stanley House, a historic mansion in the heart of Marietta Square. 236 Church Street Marietta, GA 30060 The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception will all take place on site, allowing guests to enjoy the entire evening in one location. Where should I park?

Answer

Guest parking is available at First Presbyterian Church, located directly across the street from The Stanley House, as well as at the bank adjacent to the venue. Both parking locations are within a short walking distance of the celebration.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding attire is evening wear and semi-formal. We invite guests to dress for an elegant evening celebration. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits, and ladies are invited to wear midi or floor-length dresses.

To allow all guests to relax and fully enjoy the evening, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift we could ask for! For those who have kindly asked, we've chosen to forgo a traditional registry. If you would like to honor us with a gift, a contribution toward our honeymoon and future adventures together would be deeply appreciated as we begin this next chapter as husband and wife.

Will there be dinner and drinks?

Answer

Yes! Guests will enjoy a cocktail hour with appetizers, followed by dinner and an evening of celebration. A selection of beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the evening.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

We want everyone to enjoy the celebration. If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Absolutely! Music has always been an important part of our relationship, and we can't imagine celebrating without it. We're excited to spend the evening dancing with our family and friends while enjoying live music from our 4-piece band.
