FAQs

We’ve shared important details throughout this website to help you plan for the day. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to the Mother of the Bride, Erin McNaught, at (417) 214-0895. She’ll be happy to assist you!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP through this website by March 21st at the latest. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We’re planning a formal spring celebration! Think suits or sport coats, dresses, skirts, or dressy jumpsuits in fun seasonal colors. We kindly ask that guests save casual attire such as denim for another day. The events will be held outdoors, so please keep grass and spring weather in mind when choosing your outfits.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

The address will direct you to a designated parking field on the property. From there, golf cart transportation will be available to escort you and your family to the ceremony site.

Question

What time should I arrive, and where can I go when I get there?

Answer

Guests may begin arriving at 4:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Upon arrival, our team will direct you to the ceremony area. Please note that the interior of the main venue building is reserved for the wedding party and will not be accessible to guests. Indoor restrooms will be available, and the reception area is covered for your comfort.

Question

Can we take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests keep phones and cameras put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment. We’ll have professional photographers and videographers capturing everything, and we can’t wait to share those images with you! After the ceremony, however, we would love for you to capture the fun! Throughout the reception, feel free to take photos, POV videos, and even record a message for us. QR codes will be available around the venue so you can easily upload everything to our shared album.

Question

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?

Answer

We will not be serving alcohol at our wedding. We’re looking forward to a joyful, family-friendly celebration with all of you! During cocktail hour, guests can enjoy our coffee bar and a selection of fun, signature mocktails.
