Kindly RSVP before Friday, August 23, 2024. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you to still let us know at your soonest opportunity. We will be sending the final headcount to our vendors following this deadline.
The short answer is no. We wish we had unlimited funds and space to give everyone this opportunity. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated in your RSVP form. When you go to RSVP, you will be able see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Although we love your children, we will not be accommodating children at our wedding. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope you see this as an opportunity to take the night off and enjoy the party with us!
Yes, the dress code is formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit and tie, and women wear an evening gown or cocktail dress. We would love for this to be an event you feel inspired to dress up for! Wedding colors are black and white, with bridesmaids wearing black dresses, so feel free to wear a pop of color!
The ceremony will be staring at 4:00pm. We recommend guests arrive around 3:30pm so there is time to mingle and find your seat!
If you happen to be late, please do NOT walk down the main entrance to the side yard as this will be the aisle. If you stay to the right of the Inn, you will be able to enter the side yard from the lower driveway. Please wait to take your seat until the wedding party has precessed in.
Yes, there will be complimentary guest parking in the lot behind the Inn. Parking attendants will direct you where to park to make best use of the space available.
Yes! Please ask the parking attendants upon arrival for assistance with a handicap entrance. They will direct you to the front of the Inn (the side closest to the road) where the driveway connects to a paved path that leads to the side yard and ceremony space. The venue is all one level from that point on with paths or level grass connecting various areas.
Yes, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors with the reception taking place in a tent. Please keep in mind that the venue primarily has grass, paver, and gravel terrain.
Yes! The entire wedding will take place at one location, The Cornwall Inn. No need to travel in between!
The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please! However, we are requesting you avoid the first few rows on each side of the aisle during the ceremony as these will be saved for our immediate family. These rows will be marked with “reserved” signs. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are seated with those they know.
Absolutely! There will be options to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets during all dining opportunities throughout the night.
