We would love nothing more than to have all of our extended family and friends join us for our wedding celebration. Due to a number of factors-including venue capacity, open fire pits, and an open bar; we will be limiting the number of children in attendance. We can only hope you can take this as an opportunity to enjoy a date night away from your little ones!
Semi-Formal/Cocktail attire- Leave those jeans and t-shirts at home, feel free to dress up and have fun! Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, weather permitting. The reception will be held in the barn which is fully air conditioned.
We do have room blocks set up with 2 different hotels- The Holiday inn and The Hotel Concord. All the information needed is located under the Accommodations tab on this website. Should the need arise to add additional hotel blocks, please let us know. We can reach out to other hotels if we have a demand for them!
Yes, we will have a coach bus picking up at The Hotel Concord and The Holiday Inn Concord. The schedule is as follows: Pick up will be at 3:45 PM @ The Hotel Concord & The Holiday Inn Drop offs will depart the Barn at 10:00 PM & the last one at 11:00 PM- the conclusion of our reception.
Yes free parking is available onsite. You are also welcome to leave your vehicles overnight if you happen to have too much fun ;) If you do leave your vehicle, it would need to be picked up by 9 am the following day.
You are able to RSVP through this website or by mailing back your RSVP card. If you do mail your card back to us, please initial next to your meal choice. For parties of 2 or more this will allow us to keep track of which meal belongs to who. Additionally, if you have dietary restrictions you can let us know through your online reservation or by calling Halle at 781-808-1143.
Yes! If only part of your invited party can make it that is okay! Online reservations allow you to choose accept/decline for every person. For mailed RSVPs please initial next to each option.
