Texas State Aquarium
When coming to Corpus Christi, you must visit the aquarium, we promise an unforgettable experience awaits. The Texas State Aquarium is the perfect platform for people and families to learn, bond and discover together. Not only is it a ton of fun, but it's also where Bryan and Halle had their first date!
USS Lexington Museum
The Lexington was a WWII craft carrier filled with naval history. Not only is it overflowing with knowledge, there is even an escape room, flight simulator, and a 3D Theater on board. While it is an enjoyable experience and there is a lot to see, it can be difficult to get around. Be ready to walk!
Corpus Christi Downtown Seawall
Located along scenic Shoreline Blvd., this waterfront wall and promenade is a sight unique to Corpus Christi. You can jog, bike or simply meander along the 1.5 miles of path while taking in some great views of the water. Sink your feet into the sand on McGee Beach overlooking Corpus Christi Bay, relax in one of the “miradores del Mar” to take in the ocean view or take a stroll through the planets in “Journey Through Our Solar System,” a new exhibit along the Downtown Seawall.
Beach
If you want to see the beach, you don't want to go anywhere else! It's a little out of Corpus Christi, but the travel is worth it. The view is gorgeous and you're able to ride right onto the sand. Make sure to bring plenty of sunscreen, snacks, water and a love for water!
Treasure Island Golf & Games
Treasure island offers an outdoor mini golf course themed treasure island and an indoor arcade room. Tons of fun for kids and adults alike!
RETRO
This barcade features tons of new and vintage games, plus a full bar on each floor. Fuel up at the restaurant downstairs with pizza, onion rings, burgers, or hot dogs, then head upstairs for all day play! Choose from pinball games, a giant Pac Man machine, tabletop games, and more. Don’t miss their sparkly see-thru floor that resembles a galaxy and offers a view into the bar downstairs.
