San Diego is the best place to fly in if you are coming in from out of town. Julian, CA is about 1 1/2 hrs from the San Diego Airport. For the most scenic (and shortest) drive, we suggest taking the route that takes you through La Mesa, Alpine, and past Stone Wall Peak. The views will not disappoint!
