Nashville Sounds Game

6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

For those who come into town early, meet us at the ballpark for hot dogs, beer, and baseball to get the party started. We'll pre-purchase tickets for those who can attend, and they'll be available for pick-up at will-call. Then join us at the Band Box in right field! Free street parking can usually be found in the surrounding neighborhood, you may just have to walk a few blocks.

Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Dinner, drinks, and live-piano karaoke - time to start practicing your song choice! Dress is semi-formal, meaning skirts or dresses for the ladies & slacks (with jackets optional) for the men. This is Music City, and we’re hitting the stage - so fringe, sequins, metallic, leather, and a little Nashville flair are welcomed. The parking lot at Sid Gold's is small. We recommend rideshare through Uber or Lyft.

Wedding & Reception

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We’re getting married! Festivities begin at 5 in the Parlor Bar, where you're invited to grab a drink before the ceremony starts at 5:30. Dinner, merriment, and fireside hangs to follow. Dress is cocktail attire. For the ladies, feel free to wear short dresses or long. Bold spring colors are encouraged. For the men, we suggest suits or blazers and slacks. Ties optional, bolo ties encouraged. Yee haw! The venue is indoor/outdoor with dinner served on the patio. Evenings in early May should be warm, but plan accordingly if you'd like a jacket or shall. Free street parking is available on any of the side streets surrounding Urban Cowboy. If needed, you should be fine to leave your car parked overnight.

Farewell Bagel Brunch

10:00 am - 1:00 pm

We’ll be hanging out at Cherries from 10-1 and would love for you to swing by for Daily Bagels and bevs (and one last hug!) before leaving town. Free parking is available with plenty of room for all your luggage, and only about 20 minutes away from the Nashville airport.
