Where are you registered?

Answer

We have a registry through Zola, our wedding website creator. While we have a few physical gift options on there we are preferring our guests assist us in funding our honeymoon. Thank you!

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is dressy casual. Dressy casual attire is a combination of relaxed and refined pieces—think blouses, dress shirts, button-downs, dress pants, dark jeans, and clean shoes.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Spring time in California can be warmer during the day (high 60s low 70s) and chilly in the evening (low to high 50s) but there’s a possibility of rain as well.

Where should we park?

Answer

There is ample parking at the venue. Signs will be up to show you where to park.

Will the ceremony or reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, and the reception will be indoors with an outdoor area and yard games.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Following the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour prior to the reception. The reception will include dances, games and dinner.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that you arrive about 20 minutes early.

Will food be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will have fruit and veggie trays out before dinner. Dinner will include options of beef, chicken, and birria tacos, mulitas (corn tortilla quesadillas), quesadillas, and quesabirrias with rice, beans, chips, and a salsa/condiment bar.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate with you and host you for dinner! Unfortunately, our strict budget allows for only a cash bar, so please bring cash or a credit card to enjoy bar service.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We believe we have included all of your kiddos in your invites and RSVP options but if you see someone missing please let us know!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

A hotel block has not been set. We do have a 10% off booking link from Embassy Suites on the Travel page of our website.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

You can RSVP online through our website. The deadline to RSVP is February 28, 2024.

Can I take and post pictures on social media?

Answer

During the ceremony we ask that you keep your phone on silent and put away. During the reception take as many pictures as you’d like. If you post to social media please use our hashtag #halljohnsonwedding2024
