We are getting married!

Ryan and I have known each other since we were kids! We went to school together and hung out with completely different crowds, but my junior year and his senior year we found a common love, music! Ryan plays guitar and I sing. So of course our music teacher threw us together in hope's that we would come up with a collaboration for an upcoming concert. We spent a lot of time in those back music sound rooms practicing and spending time together, it wasnt long before my feelings for Ryan grew and I really started to like him, but his senior year was almost over and he was moving to Tulsa to start school for welding. At that point we said our goodbyes, but not for long. Ryan and I just a year later became great friends. As everyone knows, a long very interesting road lead us here today! We have been in each other's life for almost 12 years and the majority of that time was spent as great friends. We never would have guessed our lives would bring us back to each other in this way so many years later, but it did. It was meant to be for us. We may have taken the long way around, and had a detour or two, but life is exactly where it should be. We have a beautiful daughter, Brenna, The light of both of our lives and we can not wait to become the OFFICIAL Carnes family!
