Not So High School Sweethearts

Both graduates from Blacksburg High school in 2015, our relationship started in our senior anatomy class. Anyone who knows Jacob knows he is always cutting up with others. Jacob's way of flirting was definitely to aggravate and joke around. But, our connection was so smooth and automatic. When we look back and talk about our "flirting" days when we were no more than class mates, we both agree that we looked forward to class with one another every day. Days that we were tempted to play hooky, the thing that kept us from it were that second period class and getting to see one another. It was definitely one of those things where we knew we were meant to be, and so did everyone else, before we even consciously knew it. :D The summer after graduation, on August 2nd of 2015, we decided to make things "official." The months prior to this date were spent spending time with one another, getting to know each other and our families, and forming an unbreakable bond. We always were having so much fun we never concerned ourselves with our relationships "label." Our relationship is full of laughter. Even some of our more heated arguments have ended in laughter. It's so amazing that we get to spend the rest of forever laughing together.. We have found in each other, our other half who will support each others crazy obsessions, whether it be my love for animals and adventure, or his for going 90-100mph in a circle of dirt. We are so excited to be marrying our soulmates. We are not only a couple, but we are truly each others BEST FRIEND. And we are ecstatic to share this experience with you all! But Ruth replied, "Don't urge me to leave you or to turn back from you. Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God. Where you die I will die, and there I will be buried. May the Lord deal with me, be it ever so severely, if even death separates you and me." Ruth 1: 16-17
