Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we adore your children, our venue does not have the room for all the little ones. Please make it a date night. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi Formal attire. Suits for the gentlemen. Dresses/ Dressy Rompers/ Pantsuits for women. Women, please do not wear anything white. Don't forget your dancing shoes!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony and reception will both take place at Everhart Gathering Place.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will officially begin at 3:30pm! We suggest arriving by at least 3:00pm sharp so you can comfortably park, find your seat, and settle in before we say, "I DO"!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting) and the reception will take place inside a climate controlled setting.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Weddings are a very special day, and we have opted for both an intimate ceremony & reception. Only the names addressed on the invitation are formally invited to our celebration.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We have a 30-person shuttle bus owned by our venue that we will have for the day. The Shuttle will make trips to both hotels before the ceremony and will be available for drop off following dinner and will continue until the end of our reception. There will be more information on the shuttle bus under the "Travel" tab.

There is parking on grounds and will be labeled for your convenience.
