We ask that guests RSVP by April 30th 2025 by either filling out the form on the RSVP page of our website or, by contacting Haley at 574-933-1724.
We are having a backyard ceremony and reception, therefore all of the area will be grass. The ceremony will be completely outside and there will be tents set up for dinner and the reception. Multiple stall Restrooms will be available.
We recommend that all guests arrive for the ceremony between 4:00-4:15, we plan on starting the ceremony right at 4:30. The reception will follow shortly after the ceremony.
Yes! There is plenty of parking available in a field right next to the venue. It’s just a short walk away, and there will be an attendant to help guide you. We recommend wearing appropriate shoes, as the ground may be uneven.
We want everyone to feel comfortable on our day. Anything from a nice pair of jeans to your fanciest attire will be acceptable! Whatever makes you feel your best! Keep in mind that the weather in Indiana is up in the air and with it being late spring it could be warm in the evening and get chiller as the night goes on, we would recommend bringing a jacket just in case! Also keep in mind that the area is grass so we recommend wearing shoes that are suitable for walking in grass.
We will be providing some beer as well as a few other canned alcoholic drink options. We are going to be purchasing a few cases of alcohol, but since there will not be a bartender we cannot ensure that we won't run out. The specific types of drinks will include Busch Light and twisted tea. As well as a few other random options. If these options do not sound good to you, or you want to bring your own alcohol just in case we run out, please do. We will also provide water and a few different types of soda.
The menu for the evening will be pulled pork (buns if you would like a sandwich and different sauce options), Mac and cheese, Potato wedges, and green beans. There will also be cupcakes. If this menu does not work for you please reach out.
Even though we love your littles, we ask that there be no children at the wedding other than the children of the immediate family. This is an adult only event.
If your invitation has guest on it and gives you the option of a guest when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise we would love to keep our day intimate with close friends and family.
Your presence is enough of a gift during this special time of our lives. However, if you are interested in giving us a gift we are registered for Amazon and Target. Our registry can be found under the registry tab on our website!
