Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free valet parking offered by the hotel

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour & reception hall are all located at the hotel so once you arrive there will be no need for transport

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There will be a block of rooms at the DoubleTree hotel, which is where the wedding will be. Use our code “HKW” online or over the phone to get a group rate

Are kids welcome?

We kindly ask that no kids under 18 attend this event

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

There will be different food stations provided for dinner, please ask a Sterling Ballroom staff member about what allergens the food may contain

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that everyone arrives by 5:15 in order to be organized for the ceremony to kick off right at 5:30
