Question

What is the the wedding shuttle schedule and can I ride it?

Answer

Yes, you can ride the shuttle even if you did not indicate so on your RSVP. The shuttle picks up in the loading zone between the Hilton Garden in and the Embassy Suites (plan to Uber/Lyft or walk if you're not already paying for parking at the hotel, or park on 26th street). Please arrive by 3:50pm on Saturday to load. The shuttles will start departing for the venue at 4pm once everyone loads. The early bus will depart the venue at 9pm and stop at the Hilton Garden Inn and the Boulderado (downtown). All shuttles will depart at the end of the reception at 11pm and stop at the Boulderado and the Hilton Garden Inn.

Isn't your wedding venue in Lyons, not Boulder?

Answer

Correct! We have a shuttle from Boulder to Lyons and back (see above) so that guests can stay in Boulder proper and enjoy everything the town has to offer. The venue has limited parking so please let us know via your RSVP if you're planning to drive yourself. Lyfts/Ubers also will come to the venue if you take the shuttle and need to leave sooner than 9pm.

What about COVID?

Please use common sense here -- don't come to our wedding if you're sick because that sounds like a miserable time for you. Vaccines are strongly encouraged and if you're not vaccinated, we recommend testing.

Can I bring my child(ren)?

Answer

You are welcome to bring your little ones to Colorado for the weekend. However, we are asking that the ceremony and reception be limited to those age 12 and older (except for kids in the wedding party). We are also making an exception for newborns (under 6 months) in case they can't be left with a sitter. We want our wedding to be a night off for parents because you all deserve it! Please let us know if you're interested in hiring a local babysitter for the evening. Children can attend the Welcome Party on Friday evening.
