What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm. We kindly ask that guests arrive between 2:45 pm and 3:30 pm to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographers and videographers are able to do their best work in capturing our day. We kindly ask you to respect our wishes and keep personal cameras and cell phones tucked away until cocktail hour!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we love kids, please note that our wedding will be an adults-only affair. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family!

Are there hotel accomodations?

Answer

Shuttle service will be available from Rivercrest Farm to the Sleep Inn in Bolivar. The Sleep Inn no longer reserves room blocks. If you are interested in reserving a hotel room for our wedding night, please do so as soon as possible. Shuttle service will be available to and from the Sleep Inn to Rivercrest Farm.

Is there shuttle service to/from Rivercrest Farm?

Answer

Yes! Courtesy of the Leiningers, shuttle service is available to those staying at the Sleep Inn to get to Rivercrest Farm during the day and return to the Sleep Inn at night. The shuttle bus fits up to 14 passengers.

Is uber available in the area?

Answer

Sadly, there is not Uber available in the area of our wedding venue. Guests will want to prearrange any Taxi or Uber pickups. Unless if you choose to stay at the Sleep Inn, where a shuttle service will be available to and from the wedding venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal Attire Men: Button-up shirt and dress pants Women: Semi-formal or cocktail dresses You can wear any color you'd like but we kindly ask that you do not wear white, cream, or any shade of these colors as this is reserved for the Bride! *Please no jeans/denim pants

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you so get ready to celebrate!

Is the ceremony outside or inside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside on a shaded lawn, weather permitting. The grounds are available to explore, please choose your footwear accordingly!

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Smoking is permitted on the pavilion deck only. Guests must use provided receptacles for butts. It is not ok to dispose of cigarette butts in the grass, on the grounds, or in animal pens.

Is there transportation from the parking lot to the venue?

Answer

Yes, Rivercrest Farm has a golf cart to bring guests from the parking lot to the venue entrance if needed.
