Transportation to and from the Resort
We recommend booking your transportation before you leave. Amstar has staff at Now Jade that are happy to assist and have great rates! Below are the options they offer: - Private Transfer: immediate departure and direct transportation to Now Jade, Amstar representative will be waiting for you at the airport, car contains A/C and free WiFi $198 roundtrip for up to 10 people (must arrive on same flight) - Shuttle: shared with guests from nearby resorts, door-to-door transport with a few stops in route, free WiFi, only available for flights between 7am and 6pm $43 per person roundtrip

If you're planning to book an excursion, we recommend waiting until you arrive. There are staff on site that can show you all your options and help you book whatever you'd like! Because the tourism industry there is hurting so bad, they are offering incredible deals if you book through the resort.

Covid Testing
Covid testing will be at the resort 1-2 days before your flight home. If you are staying 3 or more nights, the test is free of charge. If you have had Covid in the last three months, it is possible you still have the antibodies and will test positive so you should bring your positive test results as well as a doctor's note saying you had Covid and fully recovered.
