Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hotels for which we have a hotel block are the 21C Hotel and the Double Tree in Bentonville. Instructions for booking with our discounted rate are on the Travel tab.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

When planning your arrival for the wedding ceremony, please note that our wedding is occurring after the museum closes. The museum closes at 6:00 and our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we have a shuttle service set up for transportation to and from Crystal Bridges. This service is specifically for transportation for guests staying at 21C and the Double Tree.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, if you are driving to the wedding venue there will be parking available in the museum's parking lot. If you are staying at 21C or the Double Tree, please feel free to take advantage of the shuttle service to and from the wedding venue.

Question

Are face masks required at the wedding?

Answer

Yes. In light of COVID-19, there will be additional precautions in our ceremony and reception. As a safety precaution and to comply with the state of Arkansas mandate, Crystal Bridges requires visitors and staff to wear face coverings indoors and outdoors. Following the most recent recommendations from the CDC, face shields and face coverings with exhaust valves or vents are not allowed. Masks will be provided for those who do not have one.

Question

Do I still have to wear a mask if I have been vaccinated?

Answer

Yes, masks are required by all guests.

Question

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are within Crystal Bridges. Specifically, the ceremony will take place in the Great Hall and the reception will take place in Eleven. If you are needing help finding any location, please ask Crystal Bridges staff for directions.

Question

Is there anything between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Yes, the bride and groom will be off to take pictures. In the meantime, guests will be able to enjoy a short cocktail hour and walk through the rotational exhibit within the museum.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have specific food allergies that may be an issue with dinner, please contact the bride or groom. Please note that we can make accommodations for food allergies, but this will not be done for food preferences.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'ed "yes" and have a change in plans, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust.
