Yes. Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Bel Air, MD. If you plan on staying here you will need to call or book through the link below and reserve your room or rooms by September 30th. Can I bring a plus one?

If your invitation offers you a plus one then you are more then welcome to bring a guest. However, if your invitation does not give you the option of adding a plus one we ask that you please come alone.

We are asking that no children under the age of 10 accompany you. We also ask that you only bring the guests that are listed on your invitation.

Will the ceremony be taking place outdoors or indoors?

The ceremony will be outside, weather permitting. The reception, however, will be located inside.

Mission BBQ. There will be gluten and dairy free options

The send off will be at 10:30pm and guests must be departing the venue at 11pm.

It could be very warm but it could also be a bit chilly. I would plan to wake up the morning of the 2nd and be prepared to decide then.

How do I get to the venue?

We will be happy to arrange a shuttle from the hotel for our out of town guests but for those of you who are local or will be renting a car, I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Vineyard of Mary's Meadow is very easy to find and can be seen from the road.

Where should I stay?

You are more than welcome to reserve a room from the hotel I have selected ( Country Inn & Suits by Radisson). However, there are also many other options from Bed and Breakfasts and Airbnb.

Yes. Beer and Wine will be offered.
