Is there a dress code?
Answer
We’d love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. For our June wedding, we’d love to see you all in festive attire! We ask that men sport a suit, jazzed up with a bright tie or creative pocket square, and women wear a cocktail dress or party dress in a fun color paired with playful accessories and heels or dressy flats.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, due to limited space we unfortunately have to limit the ceremony and reception to only the handful of kids in our immediate family. That being said, we are going to have other events during the weekend (like a baseball game on Friday night!) that are kid friendly. If you’d like to bring your littles along for the weekend, we are happy to help find child care during the wedding on Saturday so you can enjoy a night out!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! We have a block of rooms at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco in downtown Pittsburgh! Check out the ‘Travel’ page for the link to book your room. Some fun things to note: - The hotel is pet friendly! - Nightly complimentary wine hour from 5:00 to 6:00 in the living room area - Daily coffee & tea service in the living room area Guests have until May 24 to book at the discounted rate

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There is no official transportation! If you stay in the Hotel Monaco, the walk from the hotel to the venue is 10 minutes exactly. If you’re not up for the walk or if the weather is bad, Ubers and Lyfts are readily available and very affordable for the short distance to-and-from the venue.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an “unplugged ceremony” - which means no phones or cameras. The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say “I do”. Our incredible wedding photographer Rachel will be capturing the ceremony for us and we promise to share our photos with you as soon as we receive them! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!

The ceremony & reception will both take place indoors!

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes! Beer, wine, top shelf spirits & non alcoholic beverages are on us!

What should I do if I can’t make it?
