All wedding weekend events will take place at the Cache Estate. We’ve invited our immediate family and bridal party to stay with us on-site. For guests joining us off-site, there are several nearby hotels and resorts. Please visit the Travel & Accommodations tab for more details.
You can expect to receive your formal invitation and RSVP request by the end of July 2026. Please be sure to submit your RSVP online through this wedding website under the RSVP tab by August 31, 2026. We won’t be able to make exceptions for late responses, so any unreceived RSVPs by that date will be marked as a “no.” We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
Yes, come dressed to impress! Our wedding will follow a formal or black-tie optional dress code. Ladies can opt for floor-length gowns or elevated cocktail dresses in soft metallics and earth tones. Gents can wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie — lighter suits in seasonal tones like taupe or olive are also welcome for the desert setting. Evenings in Indio can be cool in November, so we recommend bringing a wrap or jacket to stay comfortable once the sun sets. Check back soon for examples and inspiration on our Attire page!
While we love your little ones, our celebration will be an adults-only event. We kindly ask that guests make arrangements for anyone under 15.
Our celebration is by invitation only. Your formal invitation will specify who is invited and whether a plus one is included.
We’re having an unplugged ceremony—your presence is what matters most! Please put away phones and cameras so everyone can be fully in the moment. Our professional photographer will capture every special detail.
Yes! Drinks are on us, hangovers are on you. Don’t worry—we’ll all be recovering together at the poolside on Sunday. Cash tips for the bartenders are appreciated!
