Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, Wolf Trap Farm is an outdoor venue. Please dress accordingly. There will be patio heaters at the reception.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love it if you dressed up with us! The venue is an outdoor venue so please dress accordingly for the weather. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be in the grass so please wear appropriate shoes.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 2:30. The ceremony will start promptly at 3 pm.

How do I RSVP and by when?

Answer

Please RSVP through Zola or call or text Haley at 434.960.1016 to RSVP by 9/1/24.

Are children invited?

Answer

If your invitation is made out to "The (your last name) family" then your children are invited. You will find their names under the RSVP tab on our website. If your invitation is addressed to just you and your spouse then your children are not invited due to limited space at the venue. Please contact Haley at 434.960.1016 if you'd prefer to have a child free evening and you'd like help finding a babysitter.

Where should we stay?

Answer

Check out the travel section of the Zola site for hotels and Airbnbs close to the venue. You can also tent camp at the farm (bring your own tent and gear). Contact Haley with any questions.

Food & Drinks

There will be a catered buffet with a vegetarian option and an open bar! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! We will have a bonfire at the farm on Saturday night after all of the typical wedding shenanigans are over.

Can we leave our car overnight at Wolf Trap Farm?

Answer

Yes. It will need to be picked up by 10 am Sunday morning.
