The shuttle will depart from the Embassy Suites hotel at 3:00 pm for the reception arrival time of 3:45 pm. The shuttle has room for 35 people on a first come first serve basis. Returning from the reception back to the hotel at 9:30 pm at the conclusion of the reception. Should the shuttle be full, please make alternate arrangements for your travel. ie. Uber, Lyft
