We have two RSVP options: you can either RSVP on our website, or you can mail in your RSVP. Just remember that both methods of RSVP are due by July 3rd.
We recommend that our guest wear dress shirts with shorts or pants, and dresses/skirts. Our ceremony will be outdoors if weather permits, so dress appropriately for hot weather.
If your invitation states that you have been given a plus one, then you can bring a plus one. As for kids, we can only allow our wedding party to bring their children with them to our wedding. We love our friend's and families' children, but due to space restrictions, we are only able to accommodate for the children in our wedding party. We appreciate your understanding.
We suggest getting to the ceremony at least twenty minutes before the ceremony begins (3:40) to allow time for parking, as parking may be limited at Bicentennial Park. You can find additional places to park under "Where Should I Park?"
There is a parking lot behind our venue at Bicentennial Park (151 Sunset Ave, Asheboro NC 27203), where you can access handicap parking if needed. There is also parking available the street at the front entrance of our venue, street parking on Sunset Avenue, and in these additional locations: Asheboro/Randolph Chamber of Commerce: 137 S Fayetteville St., Asheboro NC 27203. Behind Magnolia 23: 23 S. Fayetteville St. Asheboro, NC 27203. Charge Point: 146 N. Church St. Asheboro, NC 27203.
Our ceremony will be outside, so we ask that all of our guest initially enter through the back of the venue to our hedged-in ceremony spot. Once the reception starts, guests are welcome to use the front street entrance and the back entrance. However, in the event the ceremony has to take place indoors, guest are welcome to use the stree entrance.
Our wedding reception will end at 9:00 pm, which will be proceeded by the send-off at 9:30 pm.
We will not be providing any alcohol at the wedding. However, there are two bars next to our wedding venue: Four Saints Brewing Company, and The Pharmacy Craft Cocktails and Distillery. You can find the addresses of both locations on our Things To Do section of the website. Our guest are welcome to get themselves a drink at these nearby bars, but alcohol cannot be brought onto the premesis of The Exchange; it must be finished at the bar.
If you purchase a gift for us from our Amazon wedding registry, you have the option to have it sent to Haley's home address. If giving gifts in person is more your thing, you have the option to have it sent to your address, and it can be given at our wedding shower, or at our wedding.
We will not be allowing our guests to take any photos or videos during the ceremony, because we are choosing to have an unplugged ceremony. We will be having professional photographers working at our wedding, so we will share all the ceremony photos with you once we have them. After the ceremony ends, our guests are welcome to take all the photos and videos they like, so long as they are not hindering our photographers in any way.
Yes, our guest are allowed to post photos from the wedding. We would love to see what memories our guests made during our wedding, so make sure to send them to us as well!! :)
