Can I book my room and flight on my own?

Answer

If you choose to, but we highly suggest going through Caitlyn for booking. Our promo code does not give a discount for room+flight package bookings. Rooms for the resort must be reserved separately to receive the promo code discount. Flights will be available to book one year from the date of travel.

Where can I get the promo code for resort reservations?

We highly suggest going through Caitlyn for booking, but if you choose to book on your own, you may also reach out to Haley or Sawyer for the promo code so you can get this discounted stay!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Our promo code for rooms ends December 13th, 2026. To ensure you get a discounted room please RSVP as soon as you can, or by the end date!

While we love your little ones, this resort is strictly adults only. Thank you for understanding!

Do we have to stay at Excellence Coral?

Answer

No! If not residing at Excellence Coral, you will need to purchase a day pass. Contact Caitlyn and she will get it arranged!

Do we need to stay the same dates as the bride and groom?

Answer

No! This is as much your vacation as it is our wedding. We will likely have an activity or two that are optional one to two days prior, but feel free to make the dates your own!

What airport should we fly into?

We recommend flying into Cancun International Airport (CUN) — it’s about 45 minutes from the resort.

Is airport transportation included?

Transfers are not automatically included, but Caitlyn can arrange private or shared transportation for you.

Absolutely! Contact Caitlyn to explore room upgrades or extra nights.

Excellence Coral is an all-inclusive, adults-only property. Your stay includes gourmet dining, drinks, 24-hour room service, and daily activities.

Yes, we’re planning optional group activities (like a welcome dinner or excursion). Details will be shared closer to the date.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Excellence Coral accommodates most dietary needs. Let Caitlyn know when booking, and we’ll note it for the resort.

What do we wear to the wedding?

We are excited to have a semi formal wedding, wear what your most comfortable in! If you would like to dress in our color palette, you can wear fun summer colors (oranges, pinks, greens, yellows)! Thank you!
