Yes! The Palomar has a complimentary private parking lot to the left of the venue. If additional parking is needed, there is an overflow lot across the street.
To help keep our wedding intimate, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Although we love your little ones, this will be an adult only occasion. If your child is invited, their names will be on your RSVP. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements.
Yes! Drinks (including non-alcoholic beverages) will be complimentary and flowing all night. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not permitted to bring any outside alcoholic beverages into the premises.
The attire for the evening will be cocktail. Women should wear mid to floor length dresses and men should wear suits or a nice blazer and khaki pants. Please no jeans or casual attire. The ceremony and reception will be inside however the cocktail hour will be outside under a covered tent.
The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30 pm in the evening. Please arrive no later than 4 pm to find your seat and settle in.
We have a special room rate at the Courtyard Marriot in Rookwood (see Travel tab for more information). Room rates are $169 per night and will include a complimentary shuttle to and from the wedding venue. Rooms need to be booked by August 21st in order to receive the special rate. There are additional hotels nearby the main wedding hotel including a Hilton and Residence Inn by Marriot.
