When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is July 25, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the subject line of your formal invitation. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends. Thank you for understanding!

Can we bring the kids?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we are hosting an "Adult-Only" wedding. We kindly ask that anyone under 18 sit this one out!

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly ask that you dress in cocktail attire! For the men this means suits with or without a tie. And for the ladies this means midi dresses, cocktail dresses, and/or dressy pant suits!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

The ceremony and reception will both be held at The Ink House in Edwardsville, IL.

Is the wedding outside?

Our venue offers an indoor and outdoor ceremony option. With the unpredictability of Illinois weather in August, we will make that decision closer to our date. We will update the website closer to the wedding date so everyone can plan accordingly!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you to be present with us in the moment. We have hired a professional photographer who will be capturing all of the big moments throughout our day! Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like.
