How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Transportation between Cancun International Airport and the resort is included when you book your stay through our Destination Wedding Specialist, Sonia Estrada. She will assist with your reservation and provide details for arranging your airport transfer.

When should I book my room?

We recommend booking as soon as possible to secure the group rate and availability. Deadline is December 4, 2026.

Can we stay somewhere else?

Answer

Yes, but we recommend staying at the resort to be close to the events. *Disclaimer: Guests who do not stay at Finest Playa Mujeres will need an Event Pass. Guests not staying at the resort can attend the private events with a 5-hour event pass that costs $100 USD per person. If guests are staying at Beloved Hotels, Excellence Resorts, or Finest Resorts, this cost is reduced to $75 USD per person. Event passes are guaranteed to be purchased only for the group event days. Guest information and event pass requests must be provided to the group coordinator at least 45 days before the group arrival. Last-minute guests are not permitted. An event pass gives guests access to the event area an hour before the meeting or event and will include up to 5 hours of private events, or until 11:00 pm. Photo identification will be required for each guest.*

What is Excellence Club?

Excellence Club at Finest Resorts are “Adults Only Areas” and all guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older at the date of arrival to be registered
