The dress code is cocktail attire. Yes it's a ranch, so nice boots and bolo ties are welcome, but please no denim. Also, the terrain is fairly rugged, skinny heels are not advised.
While we love your little ones, this will generally be an adults-only celebration. Children from our immediate family are invited, and guests with young babies (under 1 yo) are absolutely welcome. Please note that we won’t be serving a separate kids’ meal.
Yes, there will be a shuttle service to transport guests to and from the Santa Ynez and Santa Barbara area. Check back for more details on departure times closer to the event.

We encourage campers to arrive early on Saturday (between 11am-2:00pm) to get ready, prep your camping zone (there will be a designated area for all the field camping). The ceremony starts promptly at 3:30 so please give yourself ample time!
We’re so excited you’ll be joining us for a weekend of camping and celebration! Here are a few things to know before you arrive. What should I bring? We recommend bringing: * A towel (for both showering and swimming) * Layers or warm clothing for the evening and early morning * Toiletries and personal items * A reusable water bottle * Any other camping essentials you need for a comfortable stay Are showers available? Yes. There will be two showers available for campers, one indoor and one outdoor. Please be mindful of other guests and help keep shower times brief. Is there electricity or power available? No, there is currently no power available in the camping area. We are exploring the possibility of having a generator available for things like blow dryers and other small electrical needs. Please check back closer to the wedding date for updates. Will drinking water be available? Yes. We will provide jugs of drinking water near the bathroom area. Please bring a reusable water bottle to refill throughout the weekend. Can we swim in the pond? Yes! Guests are welcome to swim in the pond. Don’t forget to bring a towel. Are RV hookups available? No. There are no RV hookups available, including electrical, water, or sewer connections. Will mirrors be available? No. There will not be mirrors available in the camping area, so please plan accordingly. What meals should campers plan for? Depending on when you arrive, please bring your own food for Saturday breakfast and lunch. Wedding festivities and provided meals will begin later in the day. Snacks are always good to have on hand. Anything else I should know? Temperatures can vary quite a bit between day and night, so we strongly recommend bringing layers to stay comfortable throughout the weekend.
