Can I bring a date?

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your formal invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We recommend dressing in formal cocktail attire. Keep in mind, the ceremony with be outside, weather permitting!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be roundtrip shuttles from the Hampton Inn only. Pickup times from the hotel will be at 3:45p, 4:15p, and 4:45p. Each round of pickups will include 3 shuttles, with each shuttle holding up to 14 guests. The ceremony will begin promptly after the arrival of the final shuttle. The shuttles will remain onsite to take guests back to the Hampton Inn at their convenience. If you are interested in attending our after party, shuttles will begin running at 9:30p to take guests into Downtown Shelby.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue, but we recommend taking the shuttle from the hotel to make sure everyone arrives to and from the wedding safely. If you are not staying at the Hampton Inn, you will be responsible for your own transportation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend taking the shuttle from the Hampton Inn to ensure a smooth arrival. Shuttle details will be provided closer to the wedding date. If you're driving independently, please arrive by 4:30 PM to allow ample time for parking and finding your seat before the ceremony begins at 5:00 PM.
