We're Getting Married!

Unashamed, we met on Tinder! We met in October of 2021, we hung out once and we were both completely comfortable around each other. Payton was a bit of a dry texter, which had been the only way we could communicate since he lived in Bloomington and I lived in Springfield. Since he wasn't very good at texting, I was under the impression that he no longer liked me, so we stopped talking. Flash forward to April of 2022, and we matched again on Tinder and decided to try again. When we hung out for the first time, again, we talked about how he was always infatuated with me but was too nervous to talk to me; hence the dry texts! The rest is history. It's been rocky from time to time, but as any strong couple would do, we worked through it and have been happy ever since!

We were at a KOA campsite all weekend. Every day there was the anticipation that he was going to ask. Every opportunity where I thought he was going to ask, he never did. Eventually, I gave up on the idea that he was going to propose and we started packing everything up. He wasn't moving along and that's when he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him!
