When and how should I RSVP?
Answer
You are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your formal invitation! Once the formal invitations are sent out, you will be able to RSVP on the website under a "RSVP" tab.

What is Black Tie Optional?
Answer
We're celebrating in style! The evening is Black Tie Optional, so feel free to bring out some formal and elegant attire. Men: Tuxedos or Suits. If wearing a suit, please wear a dark suit with a white dress shirt, dark tie, and dark shoes. Ladies: Please wear a floor length dress. Colorful attire is encouraged! Not sure what to wear? Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on the invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. We appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring my children to the wedding?
Answer
We love your kids! However, this wedding will be adults only. We encourage you to use this day as a fun night away from the kids. Each person invited to the wedding will be listed on the invitation.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive at 4:45pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. This will give you time to park and find a seat.

Will there be parking?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking available at Della Terra. You may also leave your car overnight if you wish.

What Transportation will be provided for late night?
Answer
We have reserved cars, vans, and buses for up to 90 people after the wedding. These vehicles will be picking us up at Della Terra and taking us to The Wheel Bar in downtown Estes for the AFTER PARTY!! See you all there :) If you prefer to not go downtown after the wedding, some cars will be able to take you to places along Fall River Road if you have an Airbnb close by. If you want to return to your Airbnb, and it is a little bit further or out of the way, here are some options to call your own ride. Some are Uber/Lyft equivalents, and others can be ordered ahead of time. No Ubers and Lyfts! When can I take pictures and videos of the night?

We ask that all cellphones stay put away during the ceremony. Enjoy the view and the company! Once the ceremony comes to a close, feel free to capture all the fun!

We will do our best to accommodate your dietary needs! Please note any restrictions when you RSVP through the website.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Of course! We ask that all guests please drink responsibly and do not drive home if you plan on drinking. There are plenty of Uber/Lyft equivalents around Estes Park, and you may leave your car overnight if you wish. We can't wait to celebrate!

What is the Welcome Party?
Answer
We will be having a Welcome Party on August 28th, 2026, from 7:00pm - 9:30pm MT the day before our wedding for anyone who arrives to Estes Park the night before and wants to see us! This will be a more casual welcome party where we will be having some drinks and appetizers at Grubsteak in Estes Park. Please RSVP for this as well when you receive your invitation in the mail.
