What if we don't want to rent a car?

The good news is, no car is needed between the John Carver hotel, the ceremony or the reception venues - it's walkable! So, once you're in Plymouth (unless you want to explore outside of town) there is no need for a car. BUS OPTION: There is a bus that runs from the Boston-Logan airport to the cape! One of the stops is right off the highway near Plymouth, with a 7 minute drive from the bus terminal to downtown Plymouth. You will want to take the HYANNIS/SOUTH SHORE TO BOSTON/LOGAN AIRPORT bus line. It is an ~1hr long bus ride from the airport to Plymouth, and tickets are running $28/adult (includes 2 luggage bags). I would then suggest Ubering from the terminal to the hotel. If you are flying into the Rhode Island-TF Green airport, their bus line will take you to the Boston-Logan airport then down to Plymouth, I don't recommend this. Further information on bus schedule/tickets/etc linked here: https://www.p-b.com/ UBER OPTION: You may schedule an Uber in advance or order one once you've landed at the airport. Right now a scheduled Uber from the Boston-Logan airport to Plymouth, MA is between $100-$130, and its ~1hr long drive. And a scheduled Uber from the Rhode Island-TF Green airport to Plymouth, MA is between $75-$105, and its ~1hr 15min long drive. I recommend scheduling because it can track your flight number and adjust the pick up time if any delays occur! Cocktail Attire The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors on lawns. Reception will be held indoors!

Will we need to drive to the venues from the hotel?

If you're staying at the John Carver Inn, no! Everything is located in Plymouth's downtown! John Carver Inn to Mayflower Society House (ceremony): 0.3 miles (7min walk) Mayflower Society House (cockatil hour) to Plymouth Memorial Hall (reception): 0.4 miles (8min walk) Plymouth Memorial Hall to John Carver Inn: 0.5 miles (11min walk) If you have any accessibility concerns please let Matt or Haley know, those who need assistance can be a part of a scheduled transport taking them to/from the venues.

No, each one will flow into the other with time scheduled in to travel from venue to venue.

Family of the Bride and Groom are encouraged to bring little relatives! We request that for friends' children, please ask the Bride and Groom for approval to be included if separate accommodations for your children cannot be met.
