Because the ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive no later than 5:15 pm.
There is plenty of parking at our venue. There will also be a shuttle that runs between the hotel blocks and Terrain.
The ceremony (weather permitting) will be held right outside the venue in the back garden area. The cocktail hour will be held in an inside/outside area, and the reception will be indoors.
Although we love your little ones, this will be an adult-only affair. We thank you for understanding!
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day in formal attire. For women this includes floor length, tea length, and midi length dresses. For men this includes a suit and tie. We encourage fun colors or florals to embrace the start of spring!
Yes, there will be a shuttle between the hotels and the venue. The schedule is as follows: PRE WEDDING: Homewood Suites to Terrain: 4:30 pm shuttle Hampton Inn to Terrain: 5:00 pm shuttle POST WEDDING: 1st shuttle to both hotels: 10:30 pm 2nd shuttle to both hotels: 11:00 pm
