Question

Are the Ceremony and Reception at the same location?

Answer

Sure are! You will be either directed to the cocktail hour after the ceremony, or told to remain seated for family photos.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re asking guests to dress in semi-formal attire. Ladies, please wear dresses that are knee-length or longer (no mini dresses, please). Gentlemen, dress pants and a button-down shirt are preferred—ties and jackets are optional, but welcome! Please no jeans, or hats. We want everyone to feel comfortable and polished while keeping the vibe festive and celebratory!

What colors should I avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests do not wear white, white like colors, any pattern with a white base, green, or purple. We want our wedding party to stand out and our photos to look amazing—thank you for understanding! (Note: Haley is not responsible for Amanda’s actions if you wear white)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only (18+) celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax, let loose, and enjoy the evening with us. Thank you for understanding!

Where should I park?

Answer

The venue has plenty of parking out front!

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Yes. Our ceremony will start at 4:30, and will be outdoors. The cocktail hour, and reception will be held indoors! The path to the ceremony site is paved. No need to worry about sinking into the grass in heels.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. Out of respect for the moment, no one will be seated once the processional starts.

Can I take my own photos of the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away. We’ve hired amazing professionals to capture the moment, and we’d love for you to be fully present with us. Don’t worry—you’ll have plenty of beautiful photos to enjoy afterward!

Can I post photos from the wedding on social media?

Answer

We’re so excited to see your photos and relive the day through your eyes! We just kindly ask that you wait to post photos until we’ve had a chance to share first. Thank you for understanding and celebrating with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate guests who are listed on your invitation. If you received a plus-one, it will be indicated there. Thank you for understanding!
