Haley moved into room 523 in Terry Hall at the University of Washington. Levi moved into room 521 next door. Haley was struggling in her calculus class. Levi was a tutor at the Math Study Center. Haley started buying him little treats in exchange for his wisdom. Eventually, they went on their first date to a board game café, and the rest is history . . .

We typically take three or four hour-long walks at nearby William R. Mason park every week to enjoy the outdoors and admire the turtle and birds. We left for our typical walk, rounded a corner, and found an elaborate, beautiful picnic set up between two trees. Levi's family had flown in the night before, unbeknownst to Haley, to help set up the scene ahead of time. After the question was popped and the picnic enjoyed, we went on a small hike to Turtle Rock nearby.
