There are various ways to get to Lake Placid. Please find information about different airport options below: Closest airports, but tougher to get to and typically more expensive: Saranac Lake, NY - toughest to get to, very few flight options. Requires a connection through New York (JFK) or Boston. 15-20 minute drive from Lake Placid. Plattsburgh, NY - very few flight options. Requires a connection through DC (Dulles). Around a 1 hour drive from Lake Placid. Airports a bit further, but more flight options: Burlington, VT - Around a 1 hour 40 minute drive from Lake Placid. Requires car ferry. Montreal, QC - Around a 2 hour 10 minute drive from Lake Placid. Albany, NY - Around a 2 hour 15 minute drive from Lake Placid.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Adirondack Community Church to Ceremony

September 6, 2026 3:15 pm - 10:15 pm

We'll have 2 shuttles picking up guests outside of the Adirondack Community Church the day of the wedding. The first shuttle will depart at 3pm and the second shuttle will depart at 3:30pm. There will be an early shuttle returning back to the church that will depart the reception at 9pm, and the final shuttle will depart after the reception has concluded at 10:15 pm.
