Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
Our wedding will be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

When do I need to book my hotel room by?
Answer
Please note the deadline to book a room from the wedding block is June 10th. You must call to make your reservation if you would like to use the 'Wood/Barry Wedding' code.

When is the deadline to RSVP?
Answer
We ask that you RSVP on our website by June 12th.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
We would love to share our special day with as many people as possible, but due to venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate plus ones that are not indicated on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Depending on the weather, the ceremony will be held outside. Meanwhile, the cocktail hour will be inside and outside. Lastly, the reception will be held inside the Shenendoah Clubhouse.

Is there a backup plan in case of inclement weather?
Answer
Yes, we have a contingency plan in place. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to inside the Shenendoah Clubhouse. Rest assured, we will make every effort to ensure the celebration goes on smoothly.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Answer
Yes, there is a parking lot adjacent to the Shenendoah Clubhouse. The Lodge also has a valet service that they offer. Turning Stone offers a complimentary shuttle service at all times of the day if you would like one. You will need to request a shuttle from the reception

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal attire. For men, a suit with a dress shirt and tie. For women, a cocktail dress, a smart pantsuit, or a dressy jumpsuit. Lastly, please be aware that the ceremony is taking place on grass.
