Feel free to dress up—it's always fun to celebrate in style! But most importantly, wear something that makes you feel comfortable. For a little inspiration, think 'country garden' to match the vibe of the day. For those planning to wear heels, we recommend bringing a second pair of shoes for dancing, as the barn floor may not be ideal for bare feet
There will be designated parking areas around our venue, including spots specifically for vehicles and trailers. To help minimize parking issues, we kindly ask that you carpool whenever possible.
Our ceremony will be outdoors, surrounded by nature, and our reception will take place in the loft of a barn. While the barn is sheltered from the wind and elements, it isn’t heated, so please dress warmly and comfortably depending on the weather.

Yes! During cocktail hour, we’ll be serving light bites and snacks to keep everyone fueled for the celebration. Unfortunately, we won’t be providing a full supper, so we kindly encourage you to enjoy a meal beforehand. I have suggested a few good places to eat in both Wainwright and Vermilion! To keep the party going, a midnight lunch will be served at 11:00 PM. Drinks will be a toonie bar!
Unfortunately, we do not have an ATM at our locations. Please ensure you bring enough cash for your needs. Drinks will be available for $2.00 each. Thank you for understanding!
We’d love for everyone to celebrate with their nearest and dearest! If your invitation includes a “+1,” feel free to bring someone along. If you’re unsure, please reach out to us to confirm. Once the dance starts, we encourage a few "crashers"! We want everyone to have the most fun possible, so if you’d like to bring along a few friends to join the celebration, feel free. Just remember to be respectful and mindful of others. Let’s keep the party going all night long!
