Please use the link to access the discounted rate for our hotel room block. The room block is from 6/11/26-6/14/26 with a 2 night minimum. You are welcome to book within those days. To customize the date range, click the check-in date section first. Check in is at 4pm the day of arrival. Please note if you decide to arrive the day of the event, the hotel cannot guarantee they will be able to accommodate early check-in, so please plan accordingly. If you'd prefer to call to book your room, you can call the reservations department at 1-800-766-3782 and give them the hotel name and booking code. PLEASE BOOK YOUR ROOM BY 5/8 TO GUARANTEE THE DISCOUNTED RATE. AFTER 5/8 ALL UNBOOKED ROOMS IN THE BLOCK WILL BE RELEASED AND THE DISCOUNTED RATE WILL NO LONGER APPLY. Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue. The shuttle will depart the hotel promptly at 5pm. However, transportation will not be provided back to the hotel after the wedding. If you don't plan on joining us for the after party and plan to go back to the hotel, we recommend pre-scheduling an uber!
