What time should we arrive?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 6:15 pm. We encourage arriving no later than 6:00.
Question
Are the reception and ceremony at the same place?
Answer
Yes, the wedding reception and ceremony are at the same place. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception indoors. In case of bad weather the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Is there enough parking? Will there be transportation?
Answer
The venue has plenty of parking. We will not be providing transportation to and from the venue.

What is the dress code for your wedding?
Answer
We suggest you wear western wedding attire. Sunday best is also fine.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
October 25, 2024 saw a high of 95 degrees in Bryan, Tx. We are hoping for warmer than 40 and cooler than 90 but it is anyone's guess.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
Guests who have been granted a plus one will be notified via the virtual invitation on the RSVP section. Wedding invitations will be sent out in the summer.

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
Yes, children are welcome! Obviously, you are responsible for your child or children.

What time will the wedding reception end?
Answer
As per venue rules, the reception will end promptly at 11:30 pm.

What type of food will you be serving?
Answer
The menu is chicken and beef fajita bar served buffet style. Vegetarian options will not be provided.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! Beer, wine, and signature cocktails will be provided.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gifts?
Answer
Your presence is the greatest gift! We’re so excited to celebrate with you. Due to limited space, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing large physical gifts. Cards are welcome and much appreciated. For other options, please see our registry.

What is your photography policy?
Answer
Feel free to take as many photos as you like during the ceremony or reception. Please tag us on social media! Please do not use a flash during the ceremony.
