The bus will be at the Axis Hotel at 2:00 for pick up, and will arrive at Ballys Hotel around 2:15 PM. Please be prompt as there is only one shuttle!
The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held at the Healy Hollow in Taylor Ridge, Illinois
Because our ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 pm, we recommend you arrive no later than 2:45 pm. Please keep in mind that we will have shuttles to and from the hotels with specific timelines for the day. Please see below for the schedule!
There is public parking right at our venue! However, we do have shuttles that will be picking up guests from both the hotels and venue which we highly recommend you take advantage of.
Please RSVP no later than May 1st, 2025 by using the qr code on your formal invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If we do not receive your RSVP by 05/01/2025 we cannot make exceptions and you will be marked as “no”. We need to provide our venue and vendors with total guest count in a timely manner.
Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions. Thank you for understanding!
Although we love your little ones, this will be adult only occasion. Invitations will be specific and will include the name of those invited (bridal party). We encourage you to use this as a “night out” for yourself! We hope this advance notice means you’re able to celebrate with us!
We would love to see family and friends get dressed up with us! Dress code is formal attire. Please do NOT wear jeans/denim
