Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m., and the evening will conclude at 9 p.m. following sparklers. We kindly asks our guests to arrive around 3:30 to ensure you have plenty of time to settle in.
There is on-site parking for all guests, with a free shuttle service to the main entrance.
Our ceremony will take place outdoors, by the pond, at 4:00 p.m. Cocktail hour will also be outside. The reception will be moved inside of the barn for the remainder of the evening, but guests are encouraged to explore the beautiful property and mingle where they please.
We kindly ask all guests to digitally RSVP by March 7, 2025. If you have any trouble with the process, please feel free to reach out to us!
We would love to see our loved ones dressed up! Our dresscode is semi-formal attire. Suits and gowns are welcomed, as well as cocktail dresses and slacks. We understand that Florida weather is hot, and portions of the evening will be outside, so please wear what makes you most comfortable!
Bridesmaids will be in dusty rose dresses, and Groomsmen will be in tan suits.
Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we respectfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
Due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend the invite to the children of our wedding party and immediate family mentioned on invitations. Please refrain from bringing children that are not specifically named on an invitation, but feel free to reach out to Haley Lockhart (904-982-0181) if you feel there has been an error. There will not be seating, food, etc. provided for unspecified guests or children.
We will have non-alcoholic drinks and appetizers during cocktail hour followed by a buffet style bbq dinner and dessert table!
In order to be fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off or silence cell phones for the short duration of our ceremony. We have hired an amazing photography team to capture our special day, and we are happy to share those images with you! However, please feel free to snap photos or take videos throughout all other portions of the night. You will also find QR codes throughout the venue where you can upload your memories for us to share!
Yes! Feel free to upload memories to social media throughout the night, or in the following days. We just ask that you give us time to share our official photos with loved ones before you formally post them.

If you have a food allergy, please contact Haley Lockhart at 904-982-0181 to request a safe meal and proper food precautions. At this time, we have taken precautions toward nut and gluten allergies, and though our menu is not vegan or vegetarian, some options will be suitable for altered dietary needs.
