Haley and Josiah met in Anderson, SC on September 1, 2015. They lived in the same apartment complex for less than a month when they first talked. Josiah and Haley were both outside with their dogs when Haley asked if her dog could meet his. Josiah was on his way to dinner with his birth dad, Troy, when he completely forgot about it! They talked late into the night and have not stopped talking to this day.
