What is the general schedule for the weekend?

Answer

We are still putting final touches on the actual timing, but here is the "big picture" so you can plan your travel accordingly. Friday: Arrive and settle in! We will be hosting a very casual welcome gathering in the evening to kick off the festivities. Saturday: The big day! Expect an afternoon ceremony followed by a night of dinner, drinks, and dancing! Sunday: Join us for some nostalgic camp games and causal "goodbyes." There's no rush to leave, just some fresh air and fun to wrap up the weekend. Monday: After a final camp coffee, we will be heading off as a married couple! We can't wait to spend this full weekend with you all!

Can I bring a date?

Yes! Please include them in your RSVP so we can add them to our headcount.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Mountain cocktail. Plan for a hot day and a cool night. The ceremony will take place outside on a grass lawn and the rest of the party will be held indoors. If you plan on wearing heels, we'd recommend avoiding stilettos in favor of something more chunky.

Will I have cell service?

There is minimal to no cell service, but there will be access to wifi at the venue.

Kids are welcome, but they must be leashed ;)

What's the weather like?

Answer

It should be hot and sunny (mid/high 80s) during the day but cools down quite a bit at night (mid 50s). Remember we are at 7,800 feet in elevation! The mountains can always change their mind.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! There is an event parking lot west of the reception hall.
