We're Getting Married!

We met our senior year of high school while we were walking the Monuments during American University's Admitted Students Day. We sparked conversation that felt like we had known each other for years. Although one of our mothers interrupted our attempt to exchange numbers, we soon found ourselves attending the same DC university (ironically not American), registering for the same intro class, and living in the same dorm. We quickly realized that this was something special. Seven years after our first monument walk, Joe proposed on the path where we first said "hello."
