Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be available for the wedding, but please note that it’s a short walk from the ceremony location. Guests will be directed where to go, and signs will help guide the way. We encourage you to drop off passengers at the ceremony site before heading to park. To make things easier, golf carts will be running regularly to shuttle guests from the parking area to the ceremony space.

Will the ceremony and reception be held outdoors?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, on grass. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes suitable for walking on grass—think block heels, wedges, or flats. It may be warm, so please dress accordingly.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle bus will provide transportation from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony and return to the hotel at two scheduled times throughout the night. Cars can be left overnight at venue as needed.
