There is NOT an abundance of Ubers in Saint Helena late in the evenings. There will be a shuttle taking guests from the venue in Saint Helena back to both Calistoga and Napa. You are welcome to uber to CIA Greystone or leave your car there overnight and pick it up in the morning if needed. More details to come regarding shuttles.
