Haley attended West Virginia University to obtain her Bachelor's Degree in Advertising. While attending college, she worked at a hotel as a front desk agent when she wasn't in class. There, she would meet her General Manager who recently moved from Nashville and would later refer her to the Hilton Nashville Downtown for a potential job after college. After about a month of back and forth communication, Haley would fly to Nashville to meet the Director of Front Office for an interview at the Hilton Nashville Downtown. That person was Jeff. Jeff ended up hiring Haley on the spot and she accepted the position. About 10 days after graduation, Haley would pack up her stuff and drive 12 hours with her family to her new home. Three days after arriving in Nashville, Haley started at the front desk where she would begin working with Jeff and he would become her biggest mentor. Little did Jeff know, Haley had a huge crush on him as well. Since both of them were in other relationships at the time, and the simple fact of Jeff being Haley's boss, Haley kept her mouth shut and continued on with her new life and career in Nashville. Jeff ended up leaving after a year of them working together to assist in opening the brand new Westin while Haley took a Sales Manager job at another hotel. Both stayed in contact from time to time until Jeff and Haley carved out some time for lunch to catch up. There, he would tell her about his recent break up and she would share the same. Eventually, mentorship lunches became date-night dinners and the two became official. Haley still has to pinch herself to this day to make sure she's not dreaming. She can't believe she ended up with her mentor, best friend and biggest crush. Jeff still says he has no idea Haley had a crush on him, but is so happy she did because he ended up with the woman of his dreams.

For months leading up to popping the big question, Jeff was working behind the scenes to plan a dream vacation and engagement that both him and Haley would remember forever. When the day finally came to leave, he wouldn't tell Haley where they were going, but only to pack a bag and head to the airport. Haley arrived at the airport with Jeff to find out they were going to her dream destination, Napa Valley, California. Both Haley and Jeff are avid wine drinkers, so this was truly a dream come true. The two arrived in San Francisco and stayed for two days before driving out to wine country for the rest of the week. Haley knew something was up, and with every winery they visited, she became more and more suspicious if Jeff was going to get down on one knee. Finally, after spending two days at the most beautiful winery's, Jeff took Haley to Proud Mountain Vineyards where he arranged an exclusive wine tour in their romantic, underground wine cave. The cave was lit with candles and decorated head to toe in beautiful flowers, something in which Jeff had planned ahead of time as well. Upon leaving a private tasting, Jeff pulled Haley in a room within the gorgeous cave. There, Jeff told Haley to turn around and "pose for a picture". Once Haley turned around, she saw Jeff on one knee with a gorgeous ring in hand. Haley burst into tears and while she says she doesn't remember anything Jeff said, she managed to mutter the word "yes" and the rest is history! The couple spent another four days in Napa Valley exploring and celebrating the beginning to the rest of their lives together!

Haley and Jeff's excitement wasn't even close to over after their engagement. Just a couple months later, Jeff and Haley would move into and close on the house they had been building since February of 2018. Since then, they have been working on home projects and have been busy making their new house, a home. Additionally, both Jeff and Haley received big job offers in which they both accepted! Haley is now a corporate recruiter and following in her father's footsteps. Jeff landed his dream GM job at the new Moxy in Nashville and will finally be doing what he's been working so hard for.
