Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by December 12th, 2025. We would love to see you all there, but we understand that it is not feasible for everyone to travel so far. If you are unable to attend, please let us know ASAP.

When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

Rooms being booked under our reserved block need to be booked through our travel agent, Rachael, by January 13th, 2026 with a deposit of $150 per person. Please refer to the "travel" tab for additional information.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We highly encourage guests to stay on site at the Sandos Caracol Eco Resort in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Please refer to the "travel" tab for additional information on booking your trip, and ensure you book through our travel agent, Rachael.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our venue only holds a set number of guests and we are not able to accommodate plus ones for the wedding events. That being said, your plus ones are more than welcome to join you on your trip and enjoy the resort.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We're so excited to have everyone join us on the vacation. Just a quick note: If your child was not listed on your invitation, the resort does have a kids club for children aged 4-10 years old that operates from 10am-8pm. We would love to have your children involved but we are unable to accommodate them for the ceremony and reception.

Dress to impress, but keep in mind it will be hot!
