Grayson is from the mountains in Lexington, Virginia and Haley is from the coast of Lake Michigan in a small town called Charlevoix. They both went to the University of Northwestern Ohio and in 2016 when they happened to start working in the same building on campus. Haley and Grayson both worked during the evenings. Every time Haley went to the food court to get dinner, he would make her something. There were a lot of glances and smiles over those few months. Because of Tinder they finally had a reason to talk and went on their first date at Chipotle. They talked until they closed the place down and went to Grayson’s to continue their date with his roommates. After that, they continued to see each other almost every day. On March 10th, 2017 Grayson and Haley were in Michigan hanging out with her family. They walked inside together and Grayson accidentally said “I love you,” loud enough for Haley to hear. She of course was very thrown off by this but immediately said it back. He finally asked her to be his girlfriend. They traveled to many states together and went on a ton of adventures after that. On September 20th that year their biggest adventure began because they found out they were pregnant. As nervous as they were, they took everything on together and on May 26th, 2018 their daughter, Addison Delaney Clark, was born. On October 14th, 2018, during their family photos in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Grayson proposed. Haley was prepared to turn around and give him a hug but instead, Grayson was on one knee holding her grandmother’s blue diamond ring. Their love story did not go as they thought it would but what does in life? If you’re surrounded with people that fill your heart and hold your hand no matter where the wind blows you, that is perfect to them. They can’t wait to see where their adventures take them next.
